Best high performance strength & conditioning system I've tried.
I have tried many gyms and classes, but 12RND by far my favourite!! Boxing, Functional training, cardio and core all in one! No two workouts are ever the same so you'll never get bored. A non-intimidating environment and friendly staff, I urge everyone to try it, I promise you'll see the results!
What a fantastic place to train! I love that the workouts change everyday and the trainers are so motivating and helpful :)
