UNPROFESSIONALISM at it’s finest. My ex partner, who was training here for 6 months, mentioned to me that her trainer named Cameron Day at this gym was asking questions about me, stalking me on Facebook, and asking how it was possible that we were able to sustain a long distance relationship (I live in Sydney and was planning to move in with my ex in Newcastle in January). Great environment with awesome coaches that really put the time and effort in to make it a tailored experience in a fast paced and fun session. Jake does a wonderful at job at keeping you engaged and working hard at the same time, and he's great to hone your boxing skills with.
This is the best Gym I’ve ever been a member of 12RNDS Lambton has a fantastic community feel. Since I started at 12 Round Lambton 2 years ago I have managed to achieve most of my goals ,both around weight loss , muscle gain and general fitness. 12RNDS community are supportive of charities like Spin4kids. 12RND Lambton is my happy place. Carrie and her team make me feel special every time I train. They motivate me, inspire me and care about my goals, mental health and injuries. I look forward to training with friends and being encouraged to work hard. ❤️💪🏼
