Everyone is friendly there. Trainers are super friendly and they are there to support you and to show you all the technics. I love going there, the workout is extream but fun and it's different every day. The best thing about it is, you won't get bored doing the same thing over and over again.
Great gym and amazing trainers. It is very convenient as there is no start time and there is always a variety of exercises for a great workout. The trainers are very knowledgeable and will meet you at your level. If you want to get stronger and fitter, I highly recommend this place.

What a Club! 12RND offers all the work of a gym class without the set times. The staff are very encouraging, knowledgeable and able to adapt your training based on your goals and limitations. 5 stars!
