They have a dog on property that barks all day and into the night and just sits on the patio barking and barking. I cannot issue a complaint because I don't know their unit and no one answers the phone here so I can't figure it out. These people don't care. They refused to answer and instead texted me. Don't rent from them. It took them 5 years to fix the landscaping and they don't deal with the issues and problems they cause in the neighborhood.
Good luck getting in touch with anyone in the office, by far the least responsive apartment I’ve lived in. I always pay rent on time and after switching Xcel accounts from my roommates name to mine they double charged us several months even after confirming with Xcel directly that we were the only ones to pay the electric for our apartment, Laramar did not pay them but was still charging us. Not sure anyone works here because they never answer the phone. Called every day for a week.They put an extra $450 charge on with zero explanation and refuse to call back or answer the phone. Avoid renting from these people if you can
