From the first call to the pair, these folks have it all figured out. Courteous, prompt and competitively priced. Scheduling was simple, the technicians communicated to update status. Shaun, Craig and Mike were fantastic. They diagnosed the problem and gave us options on repairs. They even took pictures to help explain what was going on. I would strongly recommend for any heating and HVAC jobs. Well done 128!

I recently had 128’s electrical team install a Span panel at my house, and could not be happier! Nick, Nick and Kris did an awesome job offering me many solutions to my previously overloaded panel, in a consultative and informative approach: not only did they know the Span product inside and out, they made sure to set it up in a way that will last me many years of usage and help avoid a service upgrade. Renzo and Michael were out at our home to do our yearly membership service on our boiler today and they great. Very courteous upon arrival, wore booties any time they stepped out of the basement, and our dog loved them :) Happy we got our boiler serviced by 128. We are loyal customers.

We had a complex issue in our basement that included both HVAC and electrical work after one of the recent flooding events in the summer of '23. 128 first sent out an electrician, Chris, who explained our problem and why what he was going to do was necessary but unlikely to completely resolve it. We then scheduled the remaining HVAC work, and 128 waived the service fee since they had already technically been dispatched. We appreciated that.
