Excellent Service from 128 Plumbing! I recently had a backed-up sewer pipe and called 128 Plumbing. Jeff arrived shortly after I called and was absolutely great. He spent a significant amount of time and care clearing a nasty blockage, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and clearly provided options for the repair. His hard work and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Based on this experience, 128 will definitely be my plumber of choice going forward!

This is the second year that I've had Esteban from 128PHCE visit my condo for seasonal maintenance for heating/cooling systems. He clearly communicated his observations, worked quickly, kept the work area very clean, and answered all of my questions. While 128PHCE is not be the least expensive vendor for this work, their much higher level of service more than justifies the modest premium. I will definitely be renewing the heating+cooling service plan next year.

Had a great experience. Andrew G came by to prepare my heating system for the winter. He found 1 minor issue, explained the issue to me, and fixed it. He also had some good recommendations I will think about for next time. Overall it went great.

Justin, the crew, and the woman who initially answered my call (while I was in a panic) were awesome. Justin was very knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything thoroughly. The problem was identified after hours in the evening and I had a new hot water heater the next day. Great service - would highly recommend!
