Do not live here. You pay to park in their parking ramp that is flooded with crime. Smashed windows, stolen license plates, etc. Numerous complaints but Montante has not done a thing to address the issue. You can choose to not use the garage, but good luck finding parking. There are limited spots in front of the building, but they’ll threaten to tow you if do park there.
TCB tacos are awesome. Johnny the owner is always in the crowd checking up on everyone. Great atmosphere at the new location and nice to see it was packed out on a Friday night. Lots of tables and bar space and nice outdoor patio. Check it out.
Our introduction to 1275 Delaware and the TM Montante organization was with Scott Krajeski. Interested in a apartment for my daughter attending graduate school-my primary focus was a safe,clean, and well located property. Check,check, and check.
