I came in to tour a place, and Melinda has such a sweet, bright, and wonderful soul. She was so very caring, kind, and helpful. She really made experience even better for us. We are so very grateful for her. I love that the place has Controlled access, it's clean, smells nice and the apartment are just as advertised. I truly hope to become a future tenant.

Do not rent here. Your car will either be wrongfully towed/ stolen and the office will not care. The office is not helpful. Snow will not be plowed in a timely manner. Stolen packages are common and the office will not help. They have cameras for everything but anything that will make your living better. They are more concerned with infractions then actually making your time easier. Management. Is impossible to reach. This complex has gone down over the years I’ve been here. The roof has an opening and water is leaking into my room. No one from the company has been here to assess my room. In fact, Cassidy from leasing asked me to send her pictures twice instead of coming to assess for herself. Professional Restoration came to put in a dehumidifier and told me to keep my room door closed. My room has to be 100 degrees with that machine running.
