Very bad experience with them , even they don't know that what's the reall issue in car ? I went there and they changed My perfectly working parts and said to me that worse sound while driving is coming from this part , and basically that was not the issue when I visit another mechanic he said it's not the issue you just loss 560 $ because of wrong diagnosis , I am really disappointed and I will never ever suggest someone to go there

My Car got fixed at this shop,and a month later it broke down. Exactly the same thing they fixed here. I was told they can't repair it without the original receipts from me. I have been sitting with my broken car for a few months now because i can't provide the receipts and apparently they don't keep anything in their record. Can you imagine ?I'm wondering what my next steps are,because I have taken time to go through my house in hope I will find this receipt but nothing. Take a loss or explore my next options?
