Got my tie rod replaced at this shop and the job wasn’t done right. I kept hearing the same noise afterward, brought it back in, and they charged me just to say they couldn’t figure it out. Took it to Canadian Tire for a second opinion, and they found the tie rod had been installed wrong by 127. Now 127 is dragging their feet on fixing it and doesn’t seem too eager to honor their warranty. Pretty disappointed with the lack of accountability.
