Apartments are very run down on the inside, maintenance staff is very inadequate.
Moving in was so easy. Romy, the leasing person who helped me the entire time, was both knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to help me get the exact unit I want (I’m pretty sure we saw EVERY SINGLE option and he was so patient with me! Lol) and from application to moving in I think it took less than an hour to get everything completed. On move-in day, there was an issue with the lock on the front door of the building so I called it in and it was being fixed in an hour or less! Great neighborhood! The building is quiet, neighbors are friendly and just a all around good community! Apartments that have unique character and vintage charm.
I would like to come back here and live here again
