Had Braces done for both my kids, and they just closed down without any notice. Now, my daughter is stuck with braces that I have to pay to get removed. Called the number from the site and told me they're not affiliated and I would have to start a new consultation. They took my money and ran. Don't bother going to the office. The elevator won't go up.
My daughter was going here had an appointment and they was gone didn't notify they clients to let them know anything now my daughter have these braces in her mouth now i have to find someone that will take her smh what they did was unprofessional
FOLLOW -UP Review : DO NOT GO HERE!! My daughter was on the last few months of treatment and we’ve been completely ghosted! She had an appointment in July that no one was there for. I’ve called/emailed/ left voicemails and absolutely no response for over a month ! We’ve even showed up randomly to see if anyone would open the door and nothing!!! The worst place I been making calls for my daughter to make a appointment never picked up the phone they never got back to me and left my daughter with braces unfinished.
My son had an appointment but no one was there, the elevator didn’t stop at the floor. Calls were not being answered. No response was given. I wonder what happened. Now my kid has braces on his mouth and I have no idea where to take him.
