I stopped by Vape123 around 6:30 PM today to pick up a vape, and I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. An amazing worker named Vesh helped me out, and he went above and beyond. Bought a Stlth vape from this store.4 days ago. Yesterday this vape just died. Stopped working, was not charging. Out of nowhere. I did not cause any type of damage. I have another Stlth vape same color from a different vape store in Mississauga, which has been working for the past 2 years and is all scratched up and still works. popped into the store and was greeted with amazing customer service by vesh! he was able to answer all questions i had with a very respectful and kind matter, he also took his time to show me products the store offered.
vesh is a knowledgeable guy, he was fast and reliable i really didnt know what i wanted he gave some high selling vapes and gave me some good suggestions and advice. i thank him for a good talk we had i really needed it too and the vape was good aswell. thank you vesh!! 5 stars
