poor management , poor leadership
The office (Howe Sound Dental Group which is owned by 123 Dentist) is very secretive about how they charge above the fee schedule. They also did not tell me that my plan would not cover the work, so I had to pay out of pocket, and they were not compassionate at all. I would be very weary about going here. Do NOT recommend!
Whoever the receptionist is at this location is absolutely useless. I can never get through via phone despite calling multiple times and at different times of day. When I do get a hold of her, she is rude and unprofessional.
Very good customer service. Heather addressed my concerns thoroughly and was very kind and understanding. I sincerely appreciate the help. Thank you 123Dentist.
