I feel compelled to leave a review because of the great technical support I received from this company. They are very knowledgable about CCTV unlike most companies you can call or email these days. I had a night owl system that suddenly stopped working after less than a year. They helped me replace the recorder box with one of their Avalonix ones. Please don’t waste your money on any products or services with this company. I’ve had nothing but trouble out of their DVR’s. I’ve bought 3 and all are junk! They are very rude when you call for service. Worst experience I’ve ever received. I would give them negative stars if I could. Save your money!

Bought a system to keep an eye on my babysitter when I am not there. The two way speaking cameras they have are great. I can talk to the babysitter when I want. The online view was fairly easy to setup after I followed the video the support team gave me.
