Great location. Next to the beach and 3rd street promenade. Price is reasonable and there are elevators to both 2nd and 3rd street. The only reason it's not 5 stars is there's no visible security present and anyone can enter from the street. I'd suggest parking on the 3rd level or higher and park with plenty of other cars present. Safety in numbers.
Parking no longer free, but still reasonable: $1 for first 90 min. $4 for 1.5 - 3 hrs. $12 for up to 5 hrs. Bright and open - feels safe during the day. Convenient to Arizona Ave Farmer's Market.
