I had an issue with a product I bought but after contacting 123pools the issue was quickly resolved.
I had a problem with a part leaking (probably due to my poor gluing skills rather than a fault with the parts) and messaged these guys to see if they could help; send me a replacement part immediately, no charge - brilliant service!
Fantastic communication and customer service. Sadly our pool broke before we could use our heater however the refund was received quickly and the communication was excellent. Would recommend
