They did roof, gutters, siding - all went well until they damaged my house with their scaffolding. It took several calls, emails, and promised dates to repair which they blew off over a 2 month frustrating period. I withheld payment as I had not way to incent them to complete the repair. After 2 months, just 2 days prior to fixing they slap a lien on the house. Once they repaired, I issued a check within a week.
