Not kid friendly! please don’t bring your kids here. They get easily annoyed with young children! My child who is 4 was crying that something was hurting him and the dentist kept drilling away after I told her to put please more numbing medicine. After my son crying in pain she proceeded to SPRAY HIM IN THE FACE WITH THE WATER TOOL because he was crying which was completely unacceptable and this facility will get reported.
I really wouldn’t suggest this dental hygienist place, especially if you’re somebody struggling with disabilities specifically anxiety they will have other dental hygienist, walk past your room laugh at you in a different language, not hyper aware of just human basic needs. I was told that either I get this done or I don’t get this done. Met with like very hostile aggressive attitude, especially because I don’t speak the language. Genuinely I cannot ask for a better experience with Dr Peterson. Not only is she extremely knowledgable, she takes the time to create a care plan that allows you to fully understand how to achieve a healthy smile. As someone with extreme anxiety Around dental offices she assured me and put me at ease with no judgements Of how complicated things were but assured me she would help me get back on track. Truly a one of a kind doctor. Office staff is amazing, hygienists as well.
I took my adult daughter here as she has state insurance. The doctor (which I could not if I licence for) Was rude , no patiences, when asked to do not do something because of the pain it causes her, was still done. My daughter has TBI and a long history of abuse if a variety of her life. I would not recommend them. They do not have any alternative to novocaine, which is something I have never know to happen. Can I just say this was the best dental exam and cleaning I've had in 15 years. I felt like she looked closely and accurately throughout my mouth. I haven't left any other dental office I've been to as happy I did today in YEARS.
