If I could rate zero I would they didn’t even clean my teeth they just counted & floss my teeth & off I go barely spoke English front desk is rude when I called to make a appointment, will not be returning.
I had a bad experience with Dr Auth in this clinic. I was checked in they put me in the rom waiting for the dentist about 45 min. When she entered in the room she said that she her next patient is here I have to leave with no services done. This is scam they are billing the insurance and no services was done. How a provider can treat a patient like that. I felt a discrimination.
Waited 50 minutes and nobody even came in the room to check in
I went in to ask a few questions about a pervious appointment and records and I need so clarification well the person at the front desk Luke was not helpful in fact he was rude and Unknowledgeable And could not answer any of my questions correctly or articulately. He actually repeated himself over and over not understanding that the way he was saying it was not helping me to understand what he was meaning. Then his manager came out and gave me the answers.
Dr. Katrina Pavlichek is amazing dentist doctor! She is so good with kids and in general with our whole family. I wish her all the best. I hope she will get rewarded and get a raise! It is hard to find a dentist you can trust.
