Waited 50 minutes and nobody even came in the room to check in
I went in to ask a few questions about a pervious appointment and records and I need so clarification well the person at the front desk Luke was not helpful in fact he was rude and Unknowledgeable And could not answer any of my questions correctly or articulately. He actually repeated himself over and over not understanding that the way he was saying it was not helping me to understand what he was meaning. Then his manager came out and gave me the answers.
Dr. Katrina Pavlichek is amazing dentist doctor! She is so good with kids and in general with our whole family. I wish her all the best. I hope she will get rewarded and get a raise! It is hard to find a dentist you can trust.
The worse experience and place for a child with autism to go! Do not recommend especially with Dr.Peterson. Covering a child’s mouth who is scared is uncalled for and not doing the filling properly and causing more pain to the child
Not kid friendly! please don’t bring your kids here. They get easily annoyed with young children! My child who is 4 was crying that something was hurting him and the dentist kept drilling away after I told her to put please more numbing medicine. After my son crying in pain she proceeded to SPRAY HIM IN THE FACE WITH THE WATER TOOL because he was crying which was completely unacceptable and this facility will get reported.
