Act reasonably, work is effective. Not the most velvet glove service, but you're not paying for that. Seems honest.
Owner showed up late, him and the workers then sat and ate breakfast for 30 mins or more. I was ignored even though I called a day or two in advance because I'm on a tight timeline, told me yup no worries no appointment neccessary. Owner then proceeded to take people before me who were just randomly showing up. Not a good look in my book.

DO NOT GO THERE. I bought the entire front bearings and ball joint assemblies for them to install. I was quoted $360.00. when I went to pick up my car I was charge $793.00...DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME ABOUT THIS!!. To add insult to injury the ABS is not working now to which they said I'd have to leave it with them to fix (at an extra charge). And on top of it all the bill stated a $60.00 charge for "materials"...what materials?...air!!???! I supplied ALL the parts!! Get the BBB on speed dial to deal with these guys.
