In doing my due diligence to build my custom tiny home, I found 121 Tiny Homes via the NOAH certification site. I was so impressed with their website and the certifications and associations I knew I had to give them a call. Wow do I feel so lucky to have been connected to Michael J.! Having no build experience, I was drawn to the DIY kits that were offered by 121 Tiny Homes. From the beginning, Michael J. was incredibly helpful in walking me through the process. When it came time to put together the starter kit, Michael J. was thorough in providing instructions and answering questions. He definitely went above and beyond during our build, and I’m so happy to have worked with him.

Their 2 Hour Tiny Home consult was worth every penny (and more)! We'd been gathering information about Tiny Homes and ADUs for the past 2 years. Michael helped us sort the wheat from the chaff - probably saved us thousands of dollars in costly design, build and contracting mistakes. Thanks Michael J.
