I have LOVED living at 121 Larchmere. Easy move-in, everyone is so helpful, fun package room, great bookstore right down the road, and they just updated the parking lot!
Very nice modern apartments. Stress-free move-in and leasing process. The leasing office and service tech Darrell are all very friendly and helpful. There’s some amazing local restaurants along Larchmere within walking distance. You’re in close proximity to the Clinic, downtown and expressways. I’ve been enjoying my time here at 121!
I've lived here for a year with zero issues! its clean and obvious that mangement genuinley cares about tenants. Luq in the leasing office is always ready to help with any needs/questions I have. 10/10 recommend :)
This building claims to be a “smoke-free, non-smoking community.” That is a complete lie. For the past two months, I’ve been regularly complaining about strong weed smells filling my apartment. The stench comes in almost daily, and the corridors and even the building elevator often reek of weed. The management has not taken any solid actions to resolve this issue, despite repeated complaints. On top of that, the building has serious maintenance issues.
