This building claims to be a “smoke-free, non-smoking community.” That is a complete lie. For the past two months, I’ve been regularly complaining about strong weed smells filling my apartment. The stench comes in almost daily, and the corridors and even the building elevator often reek of weed. Great staff
I am quite sad to be moving out, as I have enjoyed my 3 years living here. Unfortunately, it is no longer in budget, as rent has continued to increase each year that I've lived here. My overall experience with this apartment was positive. It is located conveniently near major hospitals and offers easy access to opportunity corridor and the highways, which to me was a major advantage. The apartment was fairly spacious with a decent sized bedroom. Did not have issues with maintenance, heating/cooling, bathrooms, etc. The washer and dryer are small but get the job done but they can be pretty noisy. / The location is mostly fine.
