I come periodically to get change for big bills for the company I work for when we need it. Lindsey Hughes has been the one to help me each time so far. I just wanted to let y'all know what an amazing employee she is!! After my first time coming, she remembered my face and my car! The next time, she even remembered my name! Her customer service skills are exceptional!!! I love when she's the one to help me! This girl deserves a raise!

Let me start off by saying dealing with Amy Sarkese at the Middleburg location was the ultimate customer experience. Amy did her job and beyond. Her response time was unmatched. I can honestly say, she has been one of the best if not the best Financial Services Representatives I have dealt with. She really did not hold back in the customer service department at all. I really do and sincerely thank you Amy for your help and hard work in making my experience a great experience dealing with 121 credit union.
Amy Sarkese did an absolutely phenomenal job helping me sort through my Car Loan!! Definitely couldn’t have done it without her guidance along the way so I highly recommend going to her for any assistance!
