The new gno management is terrible. They let a dead body rot for 2 weeks while residents complain and won’t do a thing if your car is broken into but now are cracking down on people smoking cigs in their own cars saying they will fine you. Glad I’m leaving in a month.
As a condo owner this building is great. Absolute security. Security does a great job making rounds every hour on the hour making sure everything is safe and secure with security cameras in all common areas, hallways, and private rooms. Amenities & utility. Building has very nice amenities, largest gym Ive seen in condo building, and public restrooms. Beauty and maintenance. Everything is maintained in pristine condition. Management. Great manager, efficient, and friendly.

Reply to Mgmt: The regular female security officer did an incident report as soon as she realized the package was opened and it contents were missing. She also notified the young lady who works in the front office in my presence while on speaker phone.. I was reassured that my funds would be reimbursed or my merchandise would be replaced. Evidently, my merchandise was definitely stolen you can try to deny it but everyone knows including yourself. It was delivered I have the picture to prove it.
