I had the best time at 1201 Midtown! Maintenance was always quick and responsive and the facility was great and always well-kept. I have 0 complaints about living here. The property managers Yvonne, Kaitlyn, and Josh were amazing. Thank you 1201 for a great stay!
1201 Midtown is *fantastic*. Both in how clean and well designed the apartments are, but also in how wonderful the staff are. I worked with Kaitlyn and she blew me away with how speedy and helpful she is. She made my move to Charleston seamless. I'm ever grateful for her dedication to excellence and overall kindness.
Yvonne was great to work with! She was friendly from the second I walked in and made the move in process quick and easy. Very pleased with my experience so far and if you have any questions go talk to Yvonne at the leasing office!
