Big fan of 1201 Midtown. Apartments are beautiful. Staff is super friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond. Very dog friendly. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
My husband and I lived here for the last two years and it was the best apartment complex we’ve ever lived at. Yvonne and Tracy in the leasing office are always so kind and helpful. The property itself is very well maintained. Josh, the property manager, does such a great job managing and is also incredibly kind and helpful. It’s in a great location in south Mount Pleasant, there’s two pools, and the gym is massive and has so much equipment. I cannot recommend living here enough!! It was a 10/10 experience for us!
