As a total CrossFit newbie, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than 1201 CrossFit. From day one, the coaches have been incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely welcoming. Great gym!!! I dropped in from out of town. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. The coaching was excellent and no misunderstanding of the workout. This location is very convenient as it was close to my hotel. If I lived here, I would be a member. Thank you for letting me participate 🫶 Highly Recommended!

If you’re looking for accountability and solid workouts, this is the place for you! I’ve seen athletes of all ages and physical backgrounds show up and succeed, but this gym is more than just a gym. It’s a community of people building each other up in every way that they can.
