I had a really good time here. The apartments are spacious, and the maintenance team is perfect. It's a safe place. The swimming pool is beautiful. Derek from security makes everyone feel safe, and he's really kind. The managers always responded quickly and professionally. The move-in was perfect. The place is very clean - the lobby has a great smell, and the carpets everywhere are spotless. It's like living in a hotel. Absolutely terrible experience. The management is completely unresponsive, and they clearly don’t care about the condition of their property or the well-being of their tenants. Maintenance issues go ignored for weeks, and the place is falling apart. Classic slumlord behavior — avoid at all costs.
Low life management
No one in this building wants to work from the building manager to the leasing office!!!
