After living here for a year, I’m happy to say I’ll definitely be renewing my lease! The staff has been consistently phenomenal, from maintenance and janitorial to management. They know residents by name and handle concerns quickly and kindly. The location just can’t be beat, right on the River Walk with easy access to coffee shops, dining, and so much that I rarely need to drive. I also want to recognize the entire staff at 120 Ninth St. for being welcoming, helpful, and responsive. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been great and has made my exper... read more
Great location and Management was prompt to address any issues we had with our unit
