Update from the next day: now we don't have any working elevators. The gate they promised me would be "fixed soon" when I was leasing is still wide open after two months living here. The elevator doesn't work for over a week and no updates have been provided. Now our pool is closed during summer for an unknown amount of time. Save yourself the headache and lease elsewhere, I wish I did.
I can't say enough good things about the staff here! When I misplaced my key fob, Amanda went above and beyond by staying late to ensure I was able to get into my apt. She was incredibly patient and reassuring during a stressful situation. The next day another staff member, Cruz, found my key fob, and Amanda personally called me so I wouldn't have to keep worrying! Thank you to the entire team for their excellent customer service and welcoming ways. Appreciate you!
Roxann and Amanda were so kind and super helpful getting me into my new apartment. Highly recommend
The staff and maintenance crew have always been very friendly and helpful. I brought a friend of mine in today to look at possibly leasing and Roxanne and Amanda were extremely accommodating during the process. Thank you to the team at 120 Ninth St!
