This Gym is no longer at this address. It seems to have been closed.
Highly recommend giving this gym a chance. First class is even free. There is everything to love about this place from the awesome staff to the intense workouts. Don’t be fooled by the name of the gym, it’s so much more than just boxing. The majority of the classes are HIIT workouts that are only 45 minutes long. I didn’t just find a gym, I found a home, friends and a journey I never saw myself being on. Went from 238 to 200 just by making it a part of my daily routine. Just come on by and ask for Josh. You won’t regret it!
Found this hidden gem a few months back and it changed my life for the better, great atmosphere, coaches are amazing, they helped with meal plan and Weigh ins monthly! If you are looking for something challenging and fun give it a try you won’t regret it. The best of the best .
