12RND is a continuous HIIT circuit complimented by boxing for all levels. Our Coaches are an integral part of the 12RND experience, offering support, education and guidance to our members. They are highly trained in the skill of boxing to ensure that you have the opportunity to develop your skill through one-on-one padwork each and every workout. Each day, our coaches are on the floor helping you to optimise your technique and get the most out of every session.

I was a member of 12 rounds until June of this year for little over a year, commuting by bus from Maroubra to Bondi and back. The only reason I ended my membership is work commitments that forced me to join a local gym. The team at 12 round is fantastic and they really look after you. The fact you can "jump in" at any time is a great concept and it never gets boring. Great gym, good facilities
Absolutely top class gym. What makes this place so great are the trainers/owners (including Will and Mike) who offer such a personalised and friendly service. Essentially your own PT studio. I've done all the others F45, Barry's etc and this is by far the best. HIGHLY recommended.
Love 12 rounds, the guys are just brilliant at picking up you’re mood, making you work hard but having fun! I always come out buzzing! 🤙🏻👍🏻
