Got a flat and this place was quick to assist me in my time of distress. They were super busy and they still were able to help me acquire a brand new tire. I was in and out. Great Service. Thank you 11th Ave Tire Shop.
Went there once for tire repair. The owner kept pushing to change a new tire. When I said no, he just plugged a stick to the hole and said it was fixed. I drove away and found out later that it was a temporary fix. I drove back and asked him to do a patch inside. He did it this time but charged me again. Will never go to this shop again. Those good reviews are fake. Plus, the shop has a new worker who doesn’t even know how to open a tire ring. Don’t let him work on your tire or else your wheel might get scratched!
Unfortunately, I caught a flat tire last night and called several shops in the area, in which most of them were closed. 11th Avenue Tire Shop was “far” from where I was, given the flat tire, but I had no choice but to drive to them and get the tire plugged, or so I thought. LOL. They were the only ones open at that hour. We finally arrive and are attended to quite quickly.
