1199SEIU plays an important role in supporting healthcare workers and making sure our voices are heard. They’ve done a lot of good when it comes to benefits, protections, and standing up for fair treatment, which I really appreciate. At the same time, like any large organization, there can be challenges with communication and responsiveness. Overall though, I’m grateful for the advocacy and the difference they make for so many people in healthcare.
No one answers the phone which takes forever. What are they doing with the workers funds. Very horrible customer service. End this union.
