Rene was working this morning and provided a lot of help as well as suggestions for future trips. I will definitely use.
I’ve reserved and payed for parking ahead and they just didn’t let me in (full). Had to search for alternate parking, missed a meeting.
Pre-paid for a parking spot and was turned away. I was told the garage was full- I completely understand that- but I asked why and explained that I pre-paid I was shrugged off. I kept getting shrugged at without any type of response. They should stop selling spots online if unavailable or if they don’t want to provide the service- thankfully SpotHero was able to refund me.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA! I booked and PAID for a reservation through Way.com, but when I arrived, the man in the photo told me the lot was full, without giving me any explanation. When I told him that I had a paid reservation, he RUDELY and ARROGANTLY told me that my $20 didn’t matter because he had “regular” customers who paid more.
