I have a love hate relationship with this place. On the one hand I like the square footage of my apartment and the space i've set up is comfortable despite being garden level. The price is fair, in that regard. Well let's start with I moved in here July. The a/c didn't work and they didn't fix it for months. Took a year to fix my toilet. Lots of homeless sleeping in anywhere from the gym or a crawlspace. A lot of times I had no hot water to shower. Also people hanging out in the lounge from 10pm-6am blaring music. On top of losing a 62 day notice to leave at the end of my lease, then getting an email about renewing...so charged me $2000 cause they took that as a 2 day notice. I fully hated living here for all the same reasons that alllll the other negative reviews state. Often went without hot water for up to a week at a time pretty much every month. Forget about getting maintenance out to your place. It took 4 months to get my dishwasher working. It stinks in the building. It's always LOUD, whether from other apartments or people blasting music from their cars beneath your window at all hours. It was an awful experience living here.
