Triumph PT at 2301 2nd Ave. was well-run, efficient and beautifully organized. All of the staff were courteous, helpful and treated us like people. My PT, Shiraz, was compassionate, patient, disciplined and extremely knowledgeable, also friendly and respectful. Never did he "talk down" or treat me as if I were brain-dead because of my age. Not very happy with the service I received,will look elsewhere
The physical therapist Brian made me so uncomfortable I stopped going. He repeatedly told me I should be more excited about his solution to my pain even though I was still having pain. He expected/demanded that I smile, laugh, and jump up and down about his “cure” even though he had a completely flat affect. It was weird and sexist. The rest of the staff were friendly and respectful. Also the equipment was dirty and broken down. East Harlem deserves better than this.
