The old short Spanish lady with the short hair cut that works the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional and should be fired , she was very aggressive to me when I was trying to book another session, I will be reporting her to the board of practices
Brandon and the team are hands down the best experience I’ve had with physical therapy. He listens extremely well, has deep knowledge and isn’t just out to collect the insurance money. He’s there to fix your problem in as short of time as you need. I went in for problems with my knee, for which an orthopedist sent me to physical therapy. Sheraz PT, Johanna PT Aid, & Gladys Receptionist all have been helpful & respectful since day one. I started going here after both foot surgeries back in 2015, now I’m receiving treatment for my back pain & when I tell you the staff at this location care about your wellbeing it’s just that.
