Unfortunately, we had a bad experience and stay in this building. It was delivered to us according to the photo, and in fact it was neither clean nor had a carpet or bed cover. It arrived three weeks later. We had to evacuate due to a family emergency, and although I found someone to continue renting and he replaced me. They fined me 1000 dollars and even though the house was delivered completely clean, they also charged 160 dollars for cleaning. I am not satisfied at all and I do not recommend this place.

Stay away! Plan A Real Estate Services withheld charges against damage deposit without my consent which is against the Residential Tenancy Act. The partial damage deposit was refunded late, more than 15 days after move out. I disputed this with the Residential Tenancy Board and was successful: Plan A was ordered to repay double the damage deposit as a penalty. Good and friendly neighbourhood
We loved this amazing place and looking forward to stay here. Unfortunately, a family emergency is forcing us to cancel and we are trying to get a full refund.
