Great communication and always fits me into their schedule as fast as possible.
Don't get a lifesafer installed at this shop as they will overcharge you and keep trying to find reasons to overcharge you! lifesafer told me the original install fee would be $150 and they charged me over $300. I bought and new vehicle and needed a uninstall from my old one and installed into my new vehicle so they charge me over $600 in labor alone for a job that took them less then 2 hours total.
