They did everything you would want when buying a car. They were patient, and did everything to make me happy. Their best asset was Sara, our sales rep. She was amazing. In the future I will look at Performance GMC and Cadillac first when car shopping and we will ask for Sara everytime.
DEALERSHIP CANNOT FIX A TAILIGHT!! WHAT?! Appointment for passenger tail light to be replaced 1030am. I inform that wiring harness suspected as reasoning. Sit in waiting room until 130. Vehicle returned light not fixed. The excuse : wiring harness they installed was the wrong one, why? Because parts are not stored properly or used parts being reused?
