They recently put up “Private Property” signs on the benches, even though this used to be a wonderful spot to sit and read after borrowing a book from the library. Children also loved playing here because there’s an ice cream shop nearby. It’s clear that the management is not friendly toward families or children – their attitude is very rude.
The management is not kid-friendly — even harmless children’s activities are treated as a problem. Parking spots are narrower than standard, making it frustrating to park. Issues are often ignored or escalated rather than resolved professionally. Communication from management is slow and unhelpful.
I've been living at 1140 Wellington W for about 3 years now it's a very good building -apartments are nicely designed, the staff is very nice and responsive. One thing i would mention though -the could do a better job cleaning windows. The outside cleaners have a lot of dirty spots that are not accessible for residents to clean so the windows are always dirty
A great building by all accounts. Would highly recommend.
