This lot is heavily patrolled for tickets (yes they show up at 6:01 pm when daily parking expires at 6 to get as many tickets as possible to those 5 minutes late), yet is terribly maintained. I’ve called 2 weeks in a row to tell them one to two of the 3 pay machines are broken. They don’t seem to care. Their system's "day rate" forces expiry at 6:00 p.m.. You cannot extend past this. If you work until 6:00 they literally wait beside your car and give you a ticket 3 minutes after it expires. I know the guy knows I was a regular customer. We saw each other often. Tell your employees to be nice to your customers. You just lost $3-400/month because of your overzealous attendant. Not surprised this lot is always mostly empty.
