I can't stand the staff at the front desk. When I first called to make an appointment to confirm my pregnancy, they were questioning why i would need to do that. Um because I want prenatal care?? Every time I come in here, they act surprised and give me the 3rd degree. They're rude and obviously hate their jobs.
Back office staff in Ob/Gyn office and Doctors are amazing giving the 1 Star due to their front office they are super rude give you attitude seems like they don’t like their job.
This location is great but the lack of appoints availabilities is astonishing. They are always a a 2weeks or month from when i need them. Other than that they are always kind to me.
I do not recommend this location. Despite clearly specifying the appointment I needed, the doctor Lisa Yeung, PA initially refused to see me, insisting on a physical even though I had one the previous month elsewhere. I had to insist before she finally agreed to see me. She promised to provide my results but never followed up. After two weeks without hearing anything, I had to call to get my results myself.
