Just had my first prenatal appointment Friday . The front desk assistant was very friendly and helpful . The np that saw me Jessica Guevara was very informative and super gentle and friendly and the medical assistants were also very friendly aswell . Had a great first experience

I can't stand the staff at the front desk. When I first called to make an appointment to confirm my pregnancy, they were questioning why i would need to do that. Um because I want prenatal care?? Every time I come in here, they act surprised and give me the 3rd degree. They're rude and obviously hate their jobs.
Back office staff in Ob/Gyn office and Doctors are amazing giving the 1 Star due to their front office they are super rude give you attitude seems like they don’t like their job.
This location is great but the lack of appoints availabilities is astonishing. They are always a a 2weeks or month from when i need them. Other than that they are always kind to me.
