I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT EMANATE HEALTH OB/GYN IN W. COVINA THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDY AND HELPFUL DR MEDRANO WAS VERY KIND I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN

If I could give them ZERO STARS, I WOULD! The most incompetent healthcare group - the staff, front desk... I’m not sure if they’re just lazy or management doesn’t have proper and efficient policy and procedure in place. I don’t know how pregnant women deal with this office. I was waiting all the time from blood draw to ultrasounds. Waited exactly 3hrs for my anatomy scan only to be told there was one patient doing the scan while I was waiting and another one ahead of me! 3hrs! Just had my first prenatal appointment Friday . The front desk assistant was very friendly and helpful . The np that saw me Jessica Guevara was very informative and super gentle and friendly and the medical assistants were also very friendly aswell . Had a great first experience
