Lot is for GoC employees working at 111 Water St E. Maintenance is great, but Impark, the company overseeing payments, is absolutely awful. They fraudulently charge your card for devices you dont ask for or need, then make you jump through endless hoops to try and fix their mistake. Not to mention threaten to tow vehicles who are up to date in payments. Be wary of these folks!
Good place to park for accessing the mall. Easy to navigate spots.
