An amazing place
Absolutely love this building and the community of residents and staff. The doormen are genuinely nice and caring and have become like family to my wife and I. It's a special place with a diverse group of residents.
I came yesterday to visit my friend. The door man I believe his name was Bill, with another man on the desk, they where EXTREMELY RUDE to me. I came in and the man in the desk was talking to another person, 3 minutes go by and the desk man still hasn’t acknowledged me or even look at me even after he was done talking to the other man. I told him I was there to see my friend, and he replied “do they know you’re coming? I said yes. Then he said “are you sure???” I respond, why are you so rude?
