Extremely disappointing Valentine’s Day dinner. They had the smallest and shortest tables set up. The food was very underwhelming and bad. Stale bread with the bruschetta appetizer. Then when the main course came the pork shank was very dry, and overcooked. The tables were so small and got over crowded easily. Unfortunately will not be back.
We hadn’t been here for several years. We were excited to go back.Food Very middle of the road. Missing several items listed online. We were looking forward to the rosemary fries, and 111 burger which we’d have several times in the past But neither was available. Decided on the Lobster Mac which was very underwhelming. Stirfry was very Very mid. The Wago beef was very fatty. for the value, it wasn’t at all worth it to us. Don’t anticipate retuning.
Food was amazing. Server was great. But.....first impressions make all the difference. Your host (albeit she was very pleasant) was wearing jeans, tennis shoes and sweatshirt. She did not match what vibe your probably trying to convey. I dressed up and so did my guest. Your pricing doesn't reflect olive garden. It reflects HIGH END. Just a thought from someone who is an expert in the customer experience - it's what I do for a living and it's not vibing.
I have left a lot of reviews in my town and not many "bad" ones. This is not a bad review either, but a very middle of the road one. This place has everything it needs to be wonderful but needed some tweaks. First, the short rib ragu. Ragu was flavorful and hower slightly under salted with a large puddle of water in the bottom of my bowl from the pasta not being drained all the way. I had to pour it off into another plate.
