It's my work parking and its one of the best parking in the Downtown Houston with excellent security and helping staff.
Hostile elderly Hispanic gate guard. We asked him a question due to a malfunction at the entrance gate which would not give us a ticket. He berated us after we asked for assistance and said he was only following orders. Automatically resorted to hostility and escalated the situation instead of explaining the process and keeping calm. I would not trust the gate guard with my safety or to not make a situation worse due to how hostile he is.
