I have been renting apartments in Clearwater for 13 years and have dealt with many management teams. No matter how nice a place may be, people will leave if the management is terrible. We’ve been living at the APEX complex for four over 3 years, and the main reason we’ve stayed is because of the amazing management team - especially Todd and Anastasia. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that we feel comfortable and supported as residents. Every time we’ve had a question or issue, they’ve responded quickly and with care. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly make a difference. We’re very grateful to have them here - they make APEX feel like home.
From the application process to moving in and almost 2 years later as a current resident, I have enjoyed and continue to love my experience at 1100 Apex. Todd has always been very helpful and welcoming. Anytime I have a question, he is very attentive in responding. The maintenance team is very responsive and friendly.
