I feel the need to update this review . I’m am deeply saddened of the news that Todd will no longer be the property manager . I moved in here 6 years ago and he literally saved my life . I have been so happy here and it’s because of the staff that was curated . Todd, Anastasia , Eddie , and Ivan , have always been so wonderful and personable . My time has come to move out but I’m really going to miss it. Todd and his entire team do a great job. Eddie is the true life blood and knows everything about the building! You can always count on Eddie to get the job done right. Very professional office to deal with, never any problems or issues. I haven’t even needed to go back to the office in the entire year I have been here. Only had to call maintenance one time about the disposal when I moved in. AC is ice cold. I run a very busy schedule and had an appointment to tour the place. I left my client's office early to do so. No one showed up. No one called. The only reason I received a call two days later is because I contacted the main property management company in GA. When I arrived at the office, Anastasia told me she had a food allergy reaction and that is why she wasn't there. This apartment complex was purchased by new management. Tenants, in addition to other monthly charges, are now required to pay $25 per month for Fetcher, a package delivery service, whether we use it or not. I tried using the service twice for Amazon orders and neither purchase accepted the address they provided. I am not the only tenants not happy to be forced to pay for a service we do not use, the one we had in place was just fine. We are also required to pay $75 per month for basic internet service.
