I run a very busy schedule and had an appointment to tour the place. I left my client's office early to do so. No one showed up. No one called. Tenants, in addition to other monthly charges, are now required to pay $25 per month for Fetcher, a package delivery service, whether we use it or not. I tried using the service twice for Amazon orders and neither purchase accepted the address they provided. I am not the only tenants not happy to be forced to pay for a service we do not use, the one we had in place was just fine. We are also required to pay $75 per month for basic internet service. Building is nice, however, new ownership took over last year and has implemented a bizarre series of rules that make the place feel more like a museum than a home. Most notably: - Community gatherings are banned and there is a limit of 2 guests per resident in the pool, club room and all other amenities.
