Staff are very friendly and attentive; I got a bowl(forgot the name lol) but it was amazing, the sauce they used is mind blowing, I loved the sauce more than anything in this bowl
A few weeks ago i had a negative experience with this establishment. The service was good but i had problems with a manager. He was so disrespectful towards his staff and wasn't nice to his guests either. WILL NOT be returning due to him. he needs to be fired immediately. unsure of his name but he was standing near where you can see the food being made instead of doing his job.
My ceasar salad was very disappointing. The lettuce was NOT washed and that is truly disgusting. I spit out the salad as it tasted horrible. Almost as if it were harvested from the ground and went straight to my plate. The children's cheese pizza was dry, choppy and horrible as well and was thrown straight into the trash. My sweet potato fries were limp and soggy. First time and last time visiting this place. Please clean your lettuce.
The manager Phil was so horrible and the way he talks to his staff is unacceptable. As patrons witnessing that behavior was shocking. He needs to be removed or needs more training to be a leader.
The food here is top notch. The business has an Allergen accommodation that is amazing and takes care of each Individual order. The staff is well trained in allergen preparation and service and the beer is perfect temp and delicious, poured out of crystal clean lines. Our bartender, Ainslinn, was excellent and catered to our every need. Phil, the manager, delivered our food personally and made sure our evening was just right.
