We had been here previously and it was great but our most recent experience was terrible. I had to call 5 times to get through to anyone to try to make a reservation because we had a large party. Finally got in touch and made the reservation. Got there on time and no one greeted us for at least 5 minutes, then they sat us with no menus for another 5+. No workers. The place was empty and they said they couldn’t seat anyone. Absolutely pathetic. Edit update: they gave me a link to fill out my experience. They have never responded to my form that I filled out.
I am celiac so I am usually a fan of 110 grill and I have never had a bad experience at any of their restaurants until tonight. It is usually a safe place to eat so we went here tonight while we were on vacation. We got there at 8:06 and the posted hours are until 9. They locked the door right as we got there and we called. And I have never experienced such poor customer service. They said we closed early and we don’t have to tell you why. Arrived at 8:10pm. Sign on the door says open until 9pm. Watched the host lock the door right before we walked in. I called to ask if they were open and the host said closing due to "mechanical issue". I asked what the problem was. They refused to elaborate. People still inside and kitchen was still firing. They just wanted to close early. I expected more from this establishment. Thanks for letting us take our business elsewhere.
