Loved our stay! Convenient location, we could walk most of the places we were going. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was cute and clean. The night club gets loud at night, but it is what it is.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. There's no gym in this building, the rooms are small and the room service food is insanely overpriced. It is definitely not a 5-star hotel. I was also charged double because they messed up my reservation and took a week to get back to me (not even to fix it). When I reached out they were very rude and hung up on me. Not worth the price
Best of SOHO and fave hotel. Lacking the pretentiousness of other locations and providing a lovely basecamp for work weeks in NY.
