I had such a great experience with Gianna! I decided to go a bit darker with my color, and she took the time to really listen to what I wanted while also giving her professional input. She explained everything clearly, was so easy to talk to, and you can tell she really knows her craft. The end result turned out even better than I hoped—natural, shiny, and exactly the look I was going for. Gianna is professional, talented, and makes you feel completely comfortable in her chair.
