Best storage around! Clean, climate controlled, lots of different sizes to pick from, prices are fair plus they run promotions, staff is great all around, and they go above and beyond to help. Special shout out to the GM, William. Awesome service. He literally remembered our names after the first time we met. Go there if you are looking for affordable and reliable. We rent two units at this location.
Great experience with customer service, unit access and most importantly secure and climate controlled storage. I used 10x Self Storage for a few years to store furniture, appliances, etc. while saving up from a home. All stored items were in great condition when I finally moved out of the unit recently. There's loads of moving carts which makes it simple to move items in and out and the garage access makes it a breeze to move in and out with larger items and vehicles. Highly recommend and would use 10x again.
I had my first experience with 10X Self Storage for daily necessities and furniture. It was very good. The staff were very patient in explaining to me how to use it. It's very convenient for storage. I will highly recommend it to my friends who need it.
I have rented at 10X in Marlborough for close to 4 years. I have had very positive experiences. The manager, William, does a great job. He is easy to reach and always answers my questions promptly. I have found the facility to be consistently clean and the climate to be well controlled. It’s easy to pull my car into the garage, grab a cart, and unload. The elevator is close by. Other renters have been polite and easy to get along with. I would recommend 10X in Marlborough.
