Awesome and professional customer service, since our very first phone call! They are fast and knowledgeable with their responses, even after the install! When you have 10X Pools install your pool you are their forever customer!!
I thought this was a 5 star company from the reviews and our first interactions but once they got their sale its been a complete negative opposite experience. They sell themselves on their customer service. Easily to get a hold of. Saying oh we will come out and help etc. but follow through at all. Gave them a couple opportunities to see if there would be a change and disappointedly no.
Words cannot describe this crew! Incredible, amazing, professional, HARD WORKING! Starting w/Christina and Destiny. You could feel/read the confidence they had in their company and crew and product. Every question was answered and they went thru everything prior to signing the contract. Jeff, Mike and their AMAZING crew showed up, with a text 30-45 mns prior to their arrival, right on time and got to it. After 2 years of talking to 10X Pool at the Sandwich Fair, We had our pool installed yesterday and boy what an amazing group to work with. From ordering with the girls meeting and set up with Jeff, Mike and the crew. Everyone was very professional and nice. They worked fast and left no mess behind. After they left there was a slight problem with wind and a side panel. I called and the whole crew turned around and came back and fixed the problem. 10X Pool made buying a pool easy and painless. They were in and out in 3 hours just like they said they would be.
