We had a great experience. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were always responsive to our questions. The crew was punctual, professional, and very friendly. They were also very understanding and transparent when weather caused scheduling adjustments, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, they made the process easy and stress-free, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pool company!
We had a new pool installed by 10x pools. I have to say they are the nicest people to work with. Explained everything in detail. Showed us exact what we were getting.
